July 2011 Update:
Sadly, due to the lack of children in the village currently, Youth Club has been suspended.  This club has been going for decades and to see it finish now is a great shame indeed, but a sign of the times as many young families are no longer able to live in rural villages. 
Any changes to this will be posted here in due course.
 

Welcome to the Strete Youth Club page!

We are a volunteer run group, set up for children from Strete and its surrounding areas, aged between 7 and around 14 or so. We meet every Friday evening during term time in Strete Parish Hall, between 7 – 9pm. We operate under a committee structure, with parent helpers on duty each session, on a rota system, which equates to one session every four weeks or so to suit you.

If you fancy joining us, please come along one Friday evening with mum or dad and have a look!

In the summer months (weather permitting), we often go up to the park for a quick game of footie or to use the play apparatus. Then back to the hall, where we have lots of things to do, including a playstation and a good selection of games, table football, table tennis, air hockey, arts and crafts, snooker, even karaoke and a tuck shop!

Subs are just £1 per week, fill in a joining form, see a committee member and there you are!
